Our motel units have either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Most of these units offer a shared balcony and are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen cable TV, phone, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, AC, and heat.
Deluxe 2 Queen Rooms: These units have 2 queen sized beds, dinette set, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, flat screen cable TV, phone, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and AC. There are 2 deck chairs on the shared balcony.
Large Family Suites: One area of the room has 2 double beds. The living area has a sleeper sofa(queen sized), Kitchenette(no stove), a seating area with a dinette set, a refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Both areas of the room are equipped with separate AC and television. The suites all have 1 full bath and a private balcony with views of the Tidal River and distant ocean views.
King Corner Rooms: These units have a king sized bed, dinette set, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, flat screen cable TV, phone, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and AC. They are all located on the marsh end of the side buildings, and offer a nice water view.
Studio Suites: These units have a king bed , kitchenette(no stove), coffee maker, dinette set, and private balcony. They are accessible units.
Accessible Studio Suite: This unit has a king bed , kitchenette(no stove), coffee maker, dinette set, shared porch, and walk-in shower. This unit does not have a view.
Deluxe King Rooms: These units have 1 king sized bed, dinette set, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, flat screen cable TV, phone, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and AC. There are 2 deck chairs on the shared balcony.
All rooms are Smoke Free. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas & there are coffee makers, DVD players available at the front desk. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.

Units are based on 2 persons per room (4 in suites) add $15 per night for each additional person. No additional charge for children 10 & under, maximum up to two free per family.
