* Deposits: are 50% of your entire stay , with the exception of 1 night stays , those will be 100% of the entire amount of stay.
* Cancellations: Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival and will be charged $50.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be made for shortened stays or early departures.
* Check-in/Check-out: check-in will be after 3 P.M. on your date of arrival and check-out will be by 11 A.M. on your date of departure. ( Only the person on the reservation is allowed to check in. If someone else is checking in for you, before you or you may have multiple rooms – we will need those names before we hand over room keys.)
* To minimize check-in time, your remaining balance will be charged within 24 hours prior to arrival to the credit card on file unless you have made prior arrangements with staff. If you wish to use more than one credit card or cash to pay your balance, we must have that information 24 hours in advance. If you paid your deposit with a check, please call us with a credit card .
* Parking : Due to limited space, parking is restricted to one vehicle per suite.
Parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
* Extra Person charge : All rates are based on 2 people per room. There will be a $20 fee for extra guests beyond 2 people. That is $20 per person per day.
* Check in minimum age is 21 years old, unless you possess a United States Military ID.
