Located in Ogunquit Maine in order to preserve the integrity of the hotel, we limit the number of guests in each suite and only
certain suites can accommodate children.
We regret that we can not accommodate pets under any circumstances and all of are facilities is a Smoke Free Hotel

Rates are per night, for two people and are subject to Maine lodging tax. Rate variation is due to
midweek/weekend/holiday fluctuations and length of stay. Charges for additional guests, including
children, are $20.00 per night. Prices subject to change.
Suites Reservations will be guaranteed and confirmed in writing, upon receipt of deposit. Balance is
due upon arrival for your Lodging. Advance deposits by check or money order only. Upon arrival, we accept cash,
Travelers Cheques, Visa, Discover, and Master Card
Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival
and will be charged a $35.00 processing fee. There are no refunds for early departures.
Minimum stays will apply on weekends, during peak season and over holidays.
Due to limited space, parking is restricted to one vehicle per suite.
