Continental Breakfast
Located in Ogunquit Maine we have many Hotel Accommodations we serve a hearty expanded continental breakfast each morning in the main atrium between the hours of 7:00AM and 10:00AM. The selections include fresh gourmet muffins, assorted bagels and cream cheese, English muffins and jellies, donuts, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, cereals, assorted juices, coffee, and tea. For your comfort, we also provide trays to bring your breakfast back to your suite.

Health Club Privileges
Seacoast Fitness is located at 952 Post Road (Route 1) in Wells. They are open daily between the hours of 5AM and 10PM. As a guest of the hotel, you will enjoy complimentary access to their facilities at your convenience. They feature cardio equipment, free weights, exercise classes, weight machines, water fitness, and personal training. You can obtain pass keys at the front desk. Country Club Privileges
The Cape Neddick Country Club is located just two miles down Shore Road and is wonderful for any Summer Family Vacation. They offer an 18-hole, beautifully manicured private course, grill, and pro shop. Tee time reservations may be made at least 24 hours in advance through the front desk. Indoor Pool
Here at our Ogunquit Maine Resort we have an indoor pool conveniently located on the main floor, we keep our pool at a very comfortable 86 degrees. This is ideal for true relaxation. We also offer an outdoor hot tub which maintains a 102 degree temperature. For those who would like to take advantage of our wonderful facilities; there are a few things to keep in mind…

  • There is no lifeguard on duty (all children must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Please, no running, jumping, or diving
  • There is no glassware permitted inside the pool area.
    Please see the front desk for plastic glasses.
  • Pool towels are provided at the pool area.
    Please do not use the room towels for the pool.
  • Sorry, we do not provide beach towels.

Outdoor Pool

Outdoor pool is available at our sister property Pink Blossoms Resort on Shore Rd., 5-7 min walk from The Grand Hotel.

Tennis Court

Tennis court is available at our sister property Pink Blossoms Resort on Shore Rd., 5-7 min walk from The Grand Hotel.

Massage Therapy
We offer on-site massage therapy utilizing the talents of a local day spa, Your Body Works. They are available on one hour increments here at the hotel. They also offer simultaneous couples massages. If you would like other massage options, you may visit them at either of their locations (Shore Road in Ogunquit or 1516 Post Road in Wells). Smoking Policy
The Grand Hotel is a non-smoking facility. Should the need arise; designated smoking areas are provided at the hotel. Please be advised, there is a $150.00 fee for any infractions.

Beach Chairs: The Grand Hotel offers beach chairs for rent. There is a nominal fee of $3.00 per day, per chair. They are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please see the front desk for availability.

Beverages: Our vending machine is located on the first floor just before the front desk. If needed, please see the desk for quarters. Bottled water is available at the front desk, as well.

Board Games: A selection of board games and cards are available for your pleasure.

Check-In time: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Check-Out time: Anytime before 11:00 AM. Thank you for your cooperation. If you plan to enjoy the remainder of the day in town, we do have a guest restroom available.

Extra Amenities: Including towels, sheets, cots, cribs, bed rails, etc. may be requested at the front desk.

Faxes: The Grand Hotel’s fax number is 207-646-1231. There is a $3.00 charge for the first page and $1.00 per additional page. These fees remain the same for incoming or outgoing faxes.

Gift Certificates: Available at the front desk or online at www.thegrandhotel.com.

Guest Visitors: Parking is limited to one car per suite. Please check with the front desk for availability of guest parking passes. If a space is not available here, there are local parking lots available.

Housekeeping: Begins at 9:00AM. Not available after mid-afternoon. Kindly hang the “Service Please” sign on your door once you’ve left the room and are ready for service. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is hanging on your door, you room will not be serviced.

Lost and Found: Please check with the front desk if you feel you may have misplaced an item.

Maintenance: Available between the hours of 9:00AM and 3:00PM. If a problem arises after hours, please contact the front desk by dialing “0″. If you’re calling after 3:00PM, we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Movie Rentals: All suites are equipped with DVDplayers. There is a list of videos and DVD’s located in the guest information book in the room. ┬áPlease see the front desk for availability.

Office Hours: Daily between the hours of 8:00AM until 10:00PM in season (Mid-March through Mid-November) and Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM and 3:00 PM (Mid-November through Mid-March, weather permitting).

Refreshments: We serve fresh coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the day in the main atrium. We also offer additional snacks such as assorted chips, crackers, nuts, and chocolate bars at the front desk.

Reservations: You may set up reservations for the following season at any time. We will contact you within the first few months of the New Year to send in your deposit.

Restaurant Guides: We have compiled a book of menus from local restaurants for your convenience. The menu book is available at the front desk. We would be more than happy to set up reservations for you.

Tipping: For housekeeping services, we suggest $3.00 per day, per guest for services rendered.
